The Troutdale Champion was the only newspaper published in Multnomah County outside of Portland during the years 1893-1896. Today, it is solely the newsletter of the City of Troutdale.
The Champion is published bi-monthly and is distributed by mail to all residents of the City. You can access full color editions of the paper in the links below.

The City of Troutdale also has a recreation program, offering a variety of classes to children and adults. The Troutdale Recreation and Events Guide is available online and paper copies are mailed out three times per year to all Troutdale addresses.
