The Community Development Department's Planning Division provides a wide range of information and services in support of growth and development in Troutdale. In working with residents, businesses, and others, we strive to:
- inform and advise the public on growth management topics;
- guide applicants and stakeholders through permitting procedures; and
- ensure compliance of zoning and land use standards to improve upon the City’s quality of life.
