City Property Tax
Questions regarding the city property tax rate, assessed value and other property tax matters can be answered by the Finance Director at City Hall or by telephone or mail.

Lien Search
Title companies may view the City's electronic lien record at www.nassets.net. An individual may request a lien search for $25.00 per tax account number by mail or in person at City Hall.
Receive Payments
Payments for water and sewer bills, recreation program, business licenses, Troutdale traffic violations, and building permits can be made with cash or check at City Hall or by mail. We accept payments by debit or credit cards at the City Hall cashier window. Utility bills can also be paid online.
