Due to safety precautions regarding COVID-19, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom and in-person in the Kellogg Room. Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing are required for in-person attendance. We also encourage the public to provide comments in writing prior to the meeting by emailing staff.
