Vendor applications for the 2026 First Friday Street Fair are now open!
Throughout the year, Troutdale hosts large public events that showcase local artists, artisans, farmers, and food makers. This page provides all the details you need to apply to become a vendor at one our these events. Once you are ready, you can begin the application process on our registration site. to apply!

When you apply, if you have not already done so, you must create an account in our registration system. Please note that creating an account is not the same as applying for a booth at the event!
First Friday
Troutdale’s First Friday Street Fair is fun for the whole family and showcases the West Gorge’s vibrant art and maker scene. The event includes more than 80 vendors, sidewalk dining, local beers, live music at Mayors Square, kids' activities, and much more!
In 2026, First Friday Street Fairs will take place on June 5, August 7, and September 4 – we're skipping July this year due to Independence Day weekend. Each event runs from 5:00 p.m. until sunset, with an hour before and after the events dedicated to set up and tear down. Once your application is approved, we will send you more information about the event – including logistical assistance, promotional materials, and more.
All vendors are required to submit an application. If your application is approved, you will be registered for the dates you selected on your application form. You must log in to your account and complete the payment for each event in order to complete your registration and reserve your booth. If payment is not received within 3 weeks of being approved, your application is considered incomplete and your registration will be withdrawn.
Note: There is a $5 fee non-refundable application fee. If approved, each date selected requires a $30 vending fee.
Music at the Market
Music at the Market is a small farmer's market on Tuesdays in July and August from 4:30 pm – 8:00 p.m. that also features live music at Mayors Square in Downtown Troutdale. Priority is given to farms and producers from Multnomah County and all vendors must sell locally grown or locally made produce or food products.
Windy Wonderland
The holiday market will take place inside The Troutdale House at 411 E Historic Columbia River Hwy on December 5 and 6 from 12 - 7pm. The market features around 50 local vendors selling handcrafted gifts, an activity area for the kids, as well as holiday music and seasonal treats and beverages. The event culminates with Troutdale's annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at Mayors Square on the final night of the event.

Are you interested in becoming a vendor at Troutdale’s First Friday Street Fair, Music at the Market, or Windy Wonderland? Follow these simple steps to secure your spot!
Step 1: Create an Account
If you haven’t already, sign up for an account in Community Pass, our online vendor registration system. This will allow you to access the application and receive important updates.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Once logged in, select "Click Here to Register" which will then prompt you to select a catalog. You will want to select the Tourism & Economic Development catalog. It will then ask you to verify your account information. If all is correct, select continue. At this point, you will see First Friday Street Fair and you’re able to click "show sessions" to add "First Friday Vendor Application" to your cart. It will then prompt you to select the person in your family that you’re signing up for the event.
With the item in your cart, you can now complete your application by selecting "checkout" at the top right of the screen. You will be asked to fill out a registration form, which includes information about your business and prompts you to select the events you’re applying for. New this year, you will also be prompted to upload a photo of your products. 1 photo is required, but up to 2 additional photos are optional.
Once you’ve filled out the registration form, you’ll be prompted to agree to our cancellation, liability, and photo release policies.
Following this, you will be prompted to pay the non-refundable $5 application fee, which allows us to review your application.

Step 3: Application Review
After submitting your application, our team will review and you will receive an email that will confirm whether your application has been accepted, rejected, or placed on a waitlist.
If your application is approved, you will receive a system email with the subject "Transaction receipt for CommunityPass" that indicates you have been enrolled in the event dates you selected and asks you to login to your account and complete your registration by submitting the $30 vendor fee per event.
Step 4: Finalize Your Registration
Upon acceptance, complete your registration and submit the $30 vendor fee for each event to confirm your participation. Payment for each event must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received, your spot will be released to someone on the waitlist.
- Vendors must sell locally made goods, including but not limited to arts, crafts, and artisanal foods. Franchises, consultants, or employees for companies that do not sell artisanal goods will only be allowed a booth if they are a sponsor of the event. There are limited spots available for sponsors, please contact cityevents [at] troutdaleoregon.gov (cityevents[at]troutdaleoregon[dot]gov) if you would like to be a sponsor.
- Booths cost $30 per event date. If approved, you will receive an email to finish and pay for your registration. This is separate from the $5 application fee. If payment is not received within 3 weeks of being approved, your application is considered incomplete and your registration will be withdrawn.
- The event is family friendly, and everything sold must be appropriate for all ages. Please refrain from art or products that contain profanity, obscenity, or nudity. If an item is deemed inappropriate by staff, you may be asked to remove it from your display or cover it from view.
- Booth spaces are outdoors and can accommodate canopy sizes of 10' x 10'. Each vendor is responsible for bringing the items needed for their booth space, such as canopies, tables, chairs, etc. Canopies should be fire resistant with either a tag or evidence of the can of fire retardant. Weights are required for canopy legs. If a double booth is necessary to accommodate your sales, please apply twice. Additional fees will apply.
- Each vendor is responsible for their sale transactions. Vendors retain 100% of their sales - no commission. Public Wifi is not available and there is no ATM located in Downtown Troutdale.
- Each vendor is expected to be present in their space for the entirety of the event. If you wish to or need to take a break, make sure that your booth is attended. A public restroom is in the Visitor Center at 475 E Historic Columbia River Hwy and port-a-potties are in the Mayors Square parking lot.
- Setup will begin no earlier than 3 p.m. and must be completed by 4:45 p.m. Set up instructions will be provided via email if you have been selected as a vendor. Teardown will begin at the stated end time of the event.
Please note that filing out the form does not guarantee you a spot as a vendor at the event(s). We will contact you within 3 weeks if you have been selected to be a vendor for the event(s).
By completing your registration and paying the vendor fee, you are confirming your participation in the event. If you need to cancel your participation in an event after confirming, please notify staff as soon as possible. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of a scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will not receive a refund. The $5 application fee is non-refundable. If you do not attend an event and did not notify staff in advance that you would not be in attendance, you may be disqualified from participating in future event vending opportunities.
Each vendor is expected to be present in their space for the entirety of the event. If you wish to or need to take a break, make sure that your booth is attended. Packing up and leaving an event early will not be permitted and if done may disqualify you from participating in future event vending opportunities.
By completing your registration and paying the vendor fee, you assume all of the risks of participating in any and all activities associated with the City of Troutdale’s community event(s), including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. You waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from this activity, The City of Troutdale, and/or their elected officials, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.
I grant permission to the City of Troutdale and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, my business, my clients, or my vendor booth for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hearby release the City of Troutdale and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. I waive my right to any compensation related to reproduction of said images or video.
