November 3, 2026 General Election
Troutdale Voters will be selecting 3 Full Term City Councilors in the November 3, 2026 General Election. The City Councilor Positions will be serving a 4-year term beginning January 1, 2027 and ending on December 31, 2030.
Qualifications for Candidacy
To qualify to run for Troutdale City Council, you must be a registered voter who has resided in the City of Troutdale during the 6 months immediately preceding the election.
Important Dates
- May 4, 2026 - Any person running for City office must have been a registered voter and resident of the City of Troutdale by this date.
- June 3, 2026 - First day to file nomination papers with the City Election Official
- August 18, 2026 - NEW Last day for ELECTED INCUMBENT CANDIDATES to file nomination papers with the City Election Official
- August 25, 2026 - NEW Last day for ALL OTHER CANDIDATES to file nomination papers with the City Election Official
- August 25, 2026 - NEW Last day to file candidate statements for City positions with the County Elections Office for the Voters' Pamphlet
- August 28, 2026 - Last day to withdraw candidacy
- November 3, 2026 - Election Day
