Election results - Results are unofficial until certified by the Secretary of State.
Troutdale Voters will be selecting a Mayor and 3 Full Term and 1 Partial Term City Councilors in the November 5, 2024 General Election. The Mayor and 3 Full Term Positions will be serving a 4-year term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2028. The Partial Term Position will be serving a 2-year term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2026.
Qualifications for Candidacy
To qualify to run for Troutdale City Council, you must be a registered voter who has resided in the City of Troutdale during the 6 months immediately preceding the election.
Important Dates
- May 5, 2024 - Any person running for City office must have been a registered voter and resident of the City of Troutdale by this date.
- June 5, 2024 - First day to file nomination papers with the City Election Official
- August 27, 2024 - Last day to file nomination papers with the City Election Official
- August 30, 2024 - Last day to withdraw candidacy
- September 9, 2024 - Last day to file candidate statements for City positions with the County Elections Office for the Voters' Pamphlet
- November 5, 2024 - Election Day
