Recreation Programs

Are you interested in a taking part in a recreation program through the City of Troutdale, but have concerns about the price? Our Recreation Department offers two different discount options to all Troutdale residents for programs listed in the recreation guide

Family Discount

If more than one family member is planning to sign up for the same program, you can receive a 20% discount for each additional person. Residents and non-residents alike are eligible for family discounts. Discounts will be automatically applied when your register.

 

Financial Aid

If you are a Troutdale resident in need of financial aid to participate in one of our recreation programs, you may apply for financial aid. Typical financial aid is 50% off the program price. All ages are eligible. One aid package can be granted per person, per term – which is a three-month period.

To apply, please complete the online financial aid application form or submit the information to Recreation Manager Mollie King, at mollie.king [at] troutdaleoregon.gov or to City Hall: 219 E. Historic Columbia River Hwy, Troutdale, OR 97060. Please do not submit payment at this time.

Upon receipt of the completed information below, the Recreation Department will contact you within three business days. Once your financial aid is approved, be sure to register for the program online right away to ensure a spot in the program. The Recreation Department cannot hold the spot for the participant.

 

Savings for Fairview & Wood Village Residents

Residents of Fairview and Wood Village can get a rebate on our programs! After you register for a Troutdale recreation program and pay the full Non Resident price, you can bring the receipt to your City Hall and be reimbursed for the difference between the Non Resident and the Resident amount.

 

Donate to the financial aid fund

It’s important that all people have the advantage of recreation. Help support your community by donating any amount to the financial aid fund. Donations are accepted at Troutdale City Hall or you can call the Recreation Manager at 503-674-7206 for more information.
