If you have not paid your ticket in full before the time you are scheduled to appear in court, you must appear.
The court will allow one courtesy reset and you must contact with the court clerk to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appearance.
If you fail to appear in court at the time and date scheduled, you will be convicted of all offenses listed on your citation. Presumptive fines and court fee will be imposed.
If payment in full is not received 15 days after your scheduled appearance, your fines will double. If your full balance due is not paid in full 30 days after your scheduled appearance, your driving privileges will be suspended and your account with be sent to a collection agency.
