In an effort to provide greater customer service, the City of Troutdale now accepts online payments for Court fines. To pay online, you'll need two pieces of information:
- The citation number, found at the top of your citation
- Your last name
Please note: it can take 1–2 weeks from the date of issuance for a citation to appear in the Court system.

For Glenn Otto Parking Citations: Please note that parking citations issued at Glenn Otto Park are handled through a different system and cannot be paid using the link above — your citation number won't be recognized there. To pay a Glenn Otto Park parking citation, visit troutdaleor.rmcpay.com.
Not all citations can be paid online — for example, misdemeanor citations requiring a court appearance, or citations referred to a collections agency.
