If you cannot pay your fine in full at the time of your appearance, the court will allow you to make monthly payments.
Please request a payment plan on your court day. The following apply to payment plans:
- $25.00 one time set up fee
- Must make monthly payments
- Monthly payment amount based on total amount due
- Missed payments result in a suspension of your drivers' license, additional fees and your case sent to collections
