The court may allow a defendant to attend Traffic School. A court cost would be imposed as well as a separate fee paid to the provider of the class. Successful completion of the course would result in your ticket being dismissed. Should you fail to complete the course to which you have been assigned, your original presumptive fine will be imposed and you will be convicted of the offense(s).
