What's happening in Troutdale? A lot!

Since 2020, nearly a dozen major development projects have been completed within our city. And there is plenty more to come! Check out this map that shows projects that haven been completed or are underway citywide. You can click on the image below to see a full-size rendering.

CITY-WIDE DEVELOPMENT SINCE 2020

1 - Lancaster Park (under construction) 60-lot townhouse development

2 - Gateway Landing (under construction) 40-lot townhouse development

3 - Fox Ridge Apartments (under construction) 162-unit market-rate apartment complex

4 - Columbia Ridge Subdivision (nearing completion) 20-lot detached single-family residential subdivision

5 - Cherry Ridge Apartments (completed in 2021) 24 unit market-rate, townhouse-style apartments

6 - Eagle Ridge Apartments (completed in 2021) 216 unit market rate apartment complex

D1 - Troutdale Station (opens April 2022) 20-cart food cart pod and all-weather dining hall

D2 - Home Forward—Troutdale (est. 2023) 90-unit income-restricted apartment complex (pending)

D3 - Discovery Block (completed in 2019) Burrito Shop opening spring 2022—same owner as Wood Village location

D4 - Good Coffee (opened 2021) coffee roastery and café

D5 - Away Days Brewing Co. (former City Hall, est. late 2022) Future brewpub, restaurant, & speakeasy

D6 - Gateway to the Gorge Visitor Center (opens April 2022) includes Historic Railroad Depot museum and Gorge Bike Hub
