Registration for Spring and Summer Recreation Programs begins April 6!
Troutdale Recreation has been doing a lot of work behind the scenes this winter! In addition to putting together a range of classes and programs for all ages, we’re excited to launch our new online registration site through CommunityPass, a recreation management software company.
» Browse current programs
» Download the Rec Guide
» Set up a new account or login
The new site provides a better online experience and offers a number of advantages over our previous system. Some of the main features include:
- a more user-friendly experience
- easier navigation to find details on all of our programs
- simplified registration process
- the ability to see your account's current registrations or edit your account information
- family discounts will be automatically applied
- the same login information for Troutdale Recreation and PlayEast!
Whether this is your first time participating in one of Troutdale's recreation programs or you have been doing it for years, you will need to set up a new account. It's quick and easy -- and we have a handy step-by-step guide to help you through the process. If you have any addition questions, you can always give us a call at 503-674-7206.
Full details on all of our programs are available in the Recreation Guide or in our online catalog. Among the this season's options:
- Summer Camps - Troutdale’s Recreation Department is excited to offer summer camp options for kids through our partner, Shooting Star Adventures! These camps focus on outdoor recreation and education that help foster teamwork, communication, connection to the natural world, and a commitment to building better communities.
- Kinderdance® programs - a variety of options for kids ages 2-9 to get the wiggles out through movement, dance and yoga. Classes will be held in the Sam Cox Building at Glenn Otto Park and led by experienced instructor Debbie Sackett.
- Taekwondo - Adults and kids can train together in these popular classes! Combine aerobic and anaerobic training and encourage the development of self-discipline, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and overall total body strength. Beginners are always welcome!
- Yoga classes – If you are looking to increase your flexibility and strength, one of our three yoga options might be right for you! One option combines several classic yoga styles into one workout, another focuses on Vinyasa flow, and the third is a gentle-paced option ideally suited for seniors.
