The City of Troutdale now has a brand new official utility billing invoice that replaces the blue and white postcard you had previously been receiving. The biggest differences you might notice:
your bill will be mailed in an envelope - so it’s far less likely to be lost or damaged
the bill will include a return envelope for your convenience
your water usage history is included for your reference
you can find plenty of billing, payment and service information on the back
more room for the City to provide detailed information on events, changes or notifications
and of course, it’s easy to read, clear and concise!
