Wednesdays in the Park. Wednesdays in July 11am - 1pm at the Forest Shelter in Columbia Park. Ages 0 - 17. FREE. Kids 10 & under must be with an adult, no registration required. Graphic icons show games, a paint palette to symbolize crafts, and a park bench under a tree to symbolize outside.

Wednesdays in the Park is a free program that is built for kids ages 17 & under — especially those in the in-between years who want to hang out, stay active, and actually have fun. Just drop in anytime from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Forest Shelter at Columbia Park (next to Imagination Station). No pre-registration is required.

Every Wednesday in July, Columbia Park becomes a laid-back, come-and-go hangout with games, creative activities, and plenty of space to connect with friends (or make new ones). No pressure, no structure overload, just a good vibe and something different each week.

It's perfect for tweens and teens who want a little independence and something social to look forward to — and for parents looking for the easy button.
