If you happen to look up in the sky on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29, you may notice a helicopter flying a bit lower than usual over Troutdale. We're letting you know ahead of time that it is for aerial filming by a production company.
For two-hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, a helicopter rigged with camera equipment will be filming aerials in preparation for a production on Sunday. The Sunday aerial photography will take place between 1:00 p.m. and 7 p.m.
A picture vehicle will be driving beneath the helicopter from downtown Troutdale to Buxton/Troutdale Road, SE Stark Street, and Historic Columbia River Hwy utilizing the Stark Street Bridge and the Troutdale Bridge.
The picture vehicle will obey all traffic laws and will NOT require any traffic control.
