Are You Ready? Community Emergency Preparedness Resources Available
Troutdale's Public Safety & Equity Advisory Committee (PSEAC) is encouraging residents to take steps toward emergency preparedness. Emergencies can happen without warning, and first responders may not always be able to reach everyone immediately. The more residents who are prepared to care for themselves and those around them, the faster the community can recover together.
The City's Emergency Preparedness page offers information on how to stay safe before, during, and after emergencies, and includes a link to sign up for Multnomah County alert notifications by text, email, and phone.

Traffic Alert: Intermittent Flagging on Historic Columbia River Highway Beginning June 8
Travelers on the Historic Columbia River Highway should expect intermittent traffic flagging between Larch Mountain Road and Vista House beginning the week of June 8. The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is repairing a historic rock wall that was lost in a March landslide.
Work is expected to take approximately six weeks. Lane closures and flagging will occur primarily during the first two weeks, on weekdays from roughly 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. After that, closures are expected to be occasional. ODOT does not anticipate a full highway closure at any point during the project.
