Troutdale's City Hall is now open, there some new rules in place. All City facilities, including City Hall, are once again open to the public the same as before the pandemic. City Hall hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m Monday – Friday. Face masks are required to enter the building. If you have any questions, please call 503-665-5175.
