The November 3, 2020 General Election in Troutdale featured four key races, Mayor, City Council position No. 2, position No. 4, position No. 6 and one City ballot measure. In addition, Troutdale voters weighed in on races for state House, state Senate, a pair of County measures and a Metro measure.
The results were as follows:
- Councilor Randy Lauer defeated Councilor Dave Ripma in the mayoral race.
- Alison Caswell won City Council position No. 2.
- Glenn White won reelection to position No. 4.
- Sandy Glantz won position No. 6.
- Troutdale voters approve Measure 26-212, which alters the way city councilors are elected
