PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY OF TROUTDALE, OREGON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED SALE OF CITY REAL PROPERTY
7:00 P.M. - - January 25, 2022
A public hearing will be held at the Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room, 234 SW Kendall Court, Troutdale, Oregon on January 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. before the Troutdale City Council.
The City Council shall consider approving the sale of the Old City Hall property located at 104 SE Kibling Avenue, and the adjacent lot, located at 436 E. Historic Columbia River Hwy, Troutdale Oregon.
On September 14, 2021 the City Council determined that these real property lots no longer served a public purpose in the City's current operations, that it was in the best interests of the City to declare the properties as surplus, and to take the necessary steps to dispose of the properties.
The potential buyer has proposed to remodel the old building and redevelop the property with the intended uses of a restaurant, bar, and beer brewing operation and distribution activities.
