The Champion was the only newspaper published in Multnomah County, outside of Portland, during the years 1893-1896. Today, it is solely the newsletter of the City of Troutdale. It is published bi-monthly and is distributed by mail to all residents of the City. You can also access past editions of the paper in our online archive.
