Transportation System Plan

The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is the City’s main long-range transportation plan and is considered a subsection of Troutdale’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan. 

In coordination with other governing plans, the TSP inventories the existing motor vehicle, pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and other transportation systems within the City. The TSP anticipates future needs and recommends improvements and policies for the City to pursue. 

The current TSP was adopted in 2014 and amended in 2022.
