Scheduling inspections can be done through the Citizen Self-Service (CSS) portal. In order to do so, you will need to be a contact person for an active permit and be logged in to an account created within the CSS system.
With the online scheduler, you can request what specific inspection(s) you ar requesting, whether they are within morning or afternoon timeframes, and provide notes or instructions to the inspector.
If you are running into technical issues with the CSS system, you can request assistance by emailing inspection [at] troutdaleoregon.gov .
