Over the summer of 2024, the City of Troutdale commissioned a comprehensive parking study in the downtown Town Center and Glenn Otto Park area. The goal was to evaluate existing parking conditions, anticipate future demand, and develop strategies to maintain accessibility and promote a vibrant, thriving community. Data were collected to capture typical summer usage patterns.
You can view the results and insights from the Downtown Troutdale Parking Study—including maps, data visualizations, and detailed findings—by exploring our Virtual Open House. It provides a closer look at current parking conditions, projected future needs, and strategies being considered to improve access and manage growth.
As the City moves forward with next steps, your feedback is a critical part of the process. Whether you're a resident, business owner, or visitor, we want to hear about your experiences with parking in the downtown area and around Glenn Otto Park. Your perspective will help shape practical, community-informed solutions. Please take a moment to share your thoughts in the survey located at the bottom of the interactive study.
