PROPOSAL: The Applicant is proposing to upgrade the existing antenna configuration located on the water tower within the Confluence site. The proposed upgrade includes removing seven existing equipment cabinets and replacing with five upgraded cabinets, as well as, replacing existing antennas on the water tank with new panel antennas. No improvements to the ground equipment are proposed with this application.

No public hearing is required unless the Community Development Director deems it necessary.
