DECISION MAKING PROCESS: The Applicant is seeking site development approval for the construction of one 3600 square foot structure to house sweeper spoils and other debris, and one 720 square foot dry storage facility for city vehicles, equipment and material storage. This application will undergo a Type II review procedure as required in Troutdale Development Code (TDC) Chapters 2 & 6. No public hearing is required unless the Community Development Director deems it necessary. Relevant review entities, and interested parties are hereby notified of this application and invited to submit written comments to the City.
