Details: A part-time temporary seasonal position performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the land use planning program and planning staff of the City of Troutdale, which provides support to the Department Director, planners and other City staff. Assists the public by phone, email and in person. Relates information to the public and other agencies and departments about the permit process and current State and City code requirements, and supports service delivery with backup coverage for staff absences. Performs varied support duties that require knowledge of office routines and an understanding of the organization, programs, practices and procedures related to the daily operation of the department.
This is a part-time, temporary position last up to six (6) months. There are no benefits associated with this position other than those required by law.
