PROPOSAL: The Applicant is proposing a coffee roasting facility and coffee shop. This use is considered a manufacturing use in the Downtown Mixed-Use zone and requires a Conditional Use Permit. The roasting and packing facility would be in conjunction with a coffee shop, which is a permitted use not requiring additional land use permitting. No exterior renovations are proposed, therefore Site Development Review is not required at this time. No other site improvements are requested with this application.
