Public Facilities Plan

The Public Facilities Plan is in effect an extension of Goal 11 for the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and was last updated in 2014.

It summarizes the conditions of the water, sewer, stormwater systems in addition to other city-owned or publicly-owned facilities located within Troutdale. It also provides references for additional studies, plans, and reports that are relevant to Goal 11 policies.
