PROPOSAL: The Applicant is seeking approval for parking lot modifications to an existing off-street vehicle parking lot at the subject property. The proposed changes include reconfiguring the parking island of the northern parking lot, adding vehicle parking spots along the property line immediately south of the northern lot, relocating one existing light pole, and relocating one existing fire hydrant. The amount of existing vehicle parking spots is 71, the proposed modification will increase this amount to 83.
