Thank you for visiting the City of Troutdale’s 2025 Pavement Maintenance Project Website.
This page will help keep you up to date with the work that will be occurring over the summer in areas around the City. The City is now reviewing the bids and selecting a contractor.
If pavement maintenance work is planned on your street, you will receive a notice in the mail regarding this upcoming work that will proceed over the course of the summer to be completed by the end of August. This summer’s work will consist of 2 parts. First is the reconstruction of SE McGinnis from just south of SE 24th Steet north to SE 22nd Street. Secondly, some streets around town will have slurry seal applied to them. Several of those streets will be getting full-depth spot pavement patches to address localized weak spots in the pavement structure.
