The Troutdale Community Garden was developed to provide an opportunity for residents to grow vegetables and flowers in a community setting. The garden is fenced to keep out animals — and non-gardening humans. The City will provide water, hoses, and all the mulch you’ll need to grow your vegetables, fruit, and flowers.
The first day that Troutdale residents can reserve their space in the garden for 2025 is Thursday, March 6. To secure your plot, you must submit a registration packet in person at City Hall. There are only 19 plots and there is a limit of 1 plot per household. It's first come, first served, so don’t miss out!
The cost is just $25 for your own 9' x 4' plot. Payment can be made in person at City Hall until April 1 when unreserved plots will be made available to non-Troutdale residents.
If you have any questions, please call Pepper Ann McAllister at 503-674-7225.
