Emergency floodproofing measures are available from the City of Troutdale. Free sand and bags are available behind our Public Works Shop (342 SW 4th Street) during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. You will need to bring your own shovel and fill, tie, load and transport the sandbags yourself. We suggest that you fill sandbags to between 1/2 and 2/3 full before tying off.
