Park Rules

C.P. Park was dedicated to the City by the developer of C.P. Park Subdivision. It was created to be used jointly by the owners of the lots in the subdivision and members of the public. The park consists of .71 acres and is located at the corner of 28th Street and Faith Court. Access is off Faith Court. On-street parking is available adjacent to the park.

The park features a recently updated children’s playground with a play structure and swings, including an expression swing for parents with infants and toddlers. The playground is almost entirely shaded. There is a small open grass area for play and picnic use, and a half-court basketball court. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times.
