The 2026 Pavement Maintenance Project starts today July 13, 2026. Crews will be out crack sealing so if you got a notice please move your car our of the work zone. You can see a map of where they will be crack sealing below. Another crew will be out doing spot AC repairs, fixing the bad portions of AC before we slurry the street. If they are fixing the AC on your street be on the lookout for your road being closed for slurry seal come the beginning of August. We will have a slurry seal schedule posted here asap and you will be notified a few days in advance of any work.
This page will help keep you up to date with all the work that will be occurring over the summer and early fall in your neighborhood. See the slideshow and files below to see where work will be completed. When a schedule is completed, it will be posted here.
Work on the 2026 Pavement Maintenance Project will be completed not later than September 4, 2026.
Troutdale has great streets and hopes that residents and business owners understand how important it is to perform these maintenance activities to ensure our streets remain that way for the long term. Please bear with us knowing that a few days of inconvenience pays off with years of good quality pavement.

*UPDATE July 22*
Due to a non-life threatening injury to a member of our contractors crack seal team, crack seal has been put on hold for the next few weeks. They are tentatively planning on finishing the remaining streets beginning August 4, 2026. Please check back to see if the re-start date changes. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our contactor does their best to stick to the given schedule but the schedule can change at any time due to weather or mechanical issues. If you street is scheduled to be crack sealed please do not park on the street. You are able to come and go as you like, except when the crew is actively sealing cracks. Once they have moved on you are welcome to drive on your street again. Please check back regularly for updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this project.
