Public Works

The Public Works Building is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, we are closed from 12pm to 1pm for lunch.

The Public Works Department provides water treatment and distribution, sanitary sewer collection and treatment, parks supervision and maintenance, storm water collection and conveyance, street maintenance and repair, engineering, project management, construction inspection, environmental management, solid waste and recycling program management, geographic information services, construction stormwater and erosion control program management, and administration of public works permits. The Department also maintains and repairs public works vehicles and mechanical/electrical equipment. 

The Public Works Department includes the Public Works Management and Engineering Division, Water Division, Parks Division, Streets Division, Wastewater Division, Storm Sewer Services Division, and Equipment Maintenance Division.
