Troutdale's parks and athletic fields are available for sports leagues, tournaments, practices, and community gatherings. A parks use permit ensures your group has reserved access to the facilities you need.
Athletic Fields
Available fields include softball and soccer fields. User groups are responsible for providing their own field markings, goals, corner flags, and any other necessary equipment.
Reservation Priority
The City of Troutdale's Recreation Division has first priority for field use when reservations are made on or before March 1 of each year (excluding activities covered by existing use agreements). After March 1, fields are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Community Events in a Park
Community events can be reserved using the same parks use permit form. However, depending on the size and nature of your event, a Special Event Permit may also be required. Contact our Permit Specialist at 503-674-7236 to determine what permits apply to your event.
Field Use Fees
- Per-day Fields: $ 40.00
- Per day - Tournaments $ 100.00
- Seasonal - Youth Leagues $ 200.00
- Seasonal - Adult Leagues $ 500.00
Fees apply for use of softball and soccer fields.
