General Information

The City of Troutdale strives to offer Parks and Facilities that invite the public’s use. The Parks division manages community and neighborhood parks that offer diverse opportunities to enjoy outdoor settings. The Facilities division manages City buildings in support of the City’s operations and for community uses.

The services provided by the Parks and Facilities Division are:

  • Community and neighborhood park maintenance
  • New street tree planting
  • Street Tree Permits
  • Parks Use Permits
  • Special Use Permits (outdoor amplified sound)

The services provided by Facilities Division are:

  • Public buildings and grounds maintenance
  • Facilities Use Permits

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays:
7am-noon
*Note: we no longer take reservations for the upcoming weekend later than 10am on the Thursday prior, and payment must be made in person at City Hall no later than noon that Thursday.

Reminder: due to the extreme popularity of our Picnic Shelters, unpaid reservation "holds" will expire at the end of the standard one week hold time and will be deleted from the system.
