The City and the Sandy Drainage Improvement Company (SDIC) have partnered to develop a Drainage Master Plan (DMP) to guide future capital projects in the North Troutdale Basin over the next 15-20 years.
Over the last year, the project team has evaluated the condition and capacity of pipes, drainage ditches and pump stations that collect and direct stormwater runoff in order to identify areas that need improvement and prioritize future investments to better prevent and manage flooding for communities in the area.
A set of recommended actions and projects have been published in a DRAFT Drainage Master Plan. Help to refine the future priories related to flooding and infrastructure maintenance in your area by providing your comments by Friday, October 9, 2020.
